Volunteer Transcribers Needed
Listed below are photocopies of handwritten notes (file name suffix "_notes_scan") and other scans. Volunteers can transcribe these notes (type the words into a text document, any format) and send the files to firstname.lastname@example.org . Then the notes will be arranged and made available as a PDF file. When the transcription is received, the suffix "_scan" will be changed to "_done".
For example, compare John05_scan_done.pdf in this Note_Scans folder to John05_notes.pdf in the After_Lessons folder. We took the text typed by a volunteer and arranged it in a more organized format.
There are also scans of handwritten lesson answers ("_ans_scan") -- Transcribe only the number of the question and the answer. Or, better yet, find and download the English lesson and type the answers into the blank spaces of the lesson file. In the "SN" blank, type a three-digit number to identify yourself. If the answer is lengthy and does not fit in the space, it is because the first part is a direct answer to the question, and the second part is an explanation of the answer. In this case, put the second part in a separate file preceded by the question number. Save the file(s) and send to email@example.com .
After checking and formatting as needed, these will be made available to Sharon Bible School teachers, for more effective teaching. Your contributions to the ministry is greatly appreciated, and has a heavenly reward.
Other reference material ("_ref") -- No transcription needed.
List_Only: PDF .
